Membership & Billing

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every monthly membership at Bee Fit is month to month. You are never locked into a multi-year agreement, and you can cancel without a penalty or a buyout. Prepaid annual memberships run for twelve months, which is how the enhancement fee gets waived.

Which club does my membership cover?

The club you join. Memberships are set up at either North Cincinnati or West Cincinnati, and your keyfob opens that club around the clock. Pricing is the same; amenities are not. North has the steam room and tanning. West has the protein smoothie bar, the infrared aerobic room and more classes. If you move across town, the front desk can transfer your account.

What does the enhancement fee cover?

It is an annual fee. Club Automation bills it on August 1. That money funds equipment replacement and facility upgrades, and covers account setup, your 24/7 keyfob and onboarding when you join. Prepaid annual memberships do not pay it at all.

What is the difference between 24/7 access and staffed hours?

Your keyfob opens the door at any hour, every day of the year, including holidays. Staff are on site during business hours for tours, sign-ups, Personal Training and class instruction. Staffed hours vary by season, so call the club for the current schedule.

Do you offer a free trial or a guest pass?

We charge $15 for a Day Pass rather than offering a free trial. It covers the cost of access and equipment use and keeps the trial from being abused. A Day Pass gets you the full club, including classes on that day. Buy it on the Day Pass page. If you are in town for a week or two, call us and we will work something out.

Are group fitness classes part of my membership?

No. Classes are booked and paid for separately. Zumba, spin, TRX, Insanity and hip hop dance rotate through the studio schedule, and West Cincinnati also runs infrared-heated and standard classes in its aerobic room, with a larger overall lineup. Drop in on a single class or buy a pack at the front desk. Your membership covers the floor and the equipment around the clock.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. Freezes and cancellations are handled through the member portal or by talking to the front desk at your club. There is no cancellation fee on a month-to-month membership.

How old do you have to be to join?

Members 18 and over can join on their own. Members aged 13 to 17 can join with a parent or guardian present to sign, and some equipment and hours are restricted for younger members. Bring photo ID to sign up.

Your First Visit

What should I bring on my first visit?

Photo ID if you are signing up, workout clothes and a water bottle. Lockers and showers are at both clubs. If you bought a membership or a Day Pass online, bring the confirmation on your phone so the front desk can hand you a keyfob.

Can I tour a club before I join?

Yes. Stop in during staffed hours and someone at the desk will walk you through. If you want to actually train that day, a $15 Day Pass opens the whole club.

Is parking free?

Yes. Both clubs have free surface parking at the door. Promenade Plaza on Kemper Road for North Cincinnati, and the lot on Bridgetown Road for West Cincinnati.

How do I get a keyfob?

The front desk issues it when you join, or on your first visit if you checked out online. That fob is what opens the door 24 hours a day, including holidays.

Do you offer corporate or group rates?

Sometimes, depending on the size of the group. The Corporate Wellness page has how it works. Send a message from Contact with the topic Corporate memberships. A real person will quote you if the numbers work.

Day Pass

What does the Day Pass include?

The full club you buy it for, for that day: the strength floor, cardio, sauna, lockers, showers and any group fitness class running that day. Steam and tanning are at North Cincinnati. The protein smoothie bar and infrared aerobic room are at West.

Do I need a membership first?

No. The Day Pass is how people try the club without joining. If you already have a membership at that club you do not need a pass.

Can I use both clubs on one pass?

No. A Day Pass is sold at one club. Buy the pass for the street you will walk into.

What should I bring?

Photo ID if you are signing up, workout clothes and a water bottle. Lockers and showers are at both clubs. If you bought a membership or a Day Pass online, bring the confirmation on your phone so the front desk can hand you a keyfob.

Corporate Wellness

How many people do we need for a corporate rate?

It depends on the size of the group and which club they will use. There is no published minimum on the website because the number that works for a West Cincinnati shop is not always the number that works for a North Cincinnati office. Send the headcount and we will tell you straight.

Do employees get the same club as regular members?

Yes. A corporate rate is a price, not a different membership. They get the same 24/7 floor, sauna, lockers and app. Personal Training and Group Fitness are still booked separately.

Can the company cover part of the dues?

Yes. Some employers pay the whole bill, some split it, some hand employees a discounted join link and leave the rest to them. Tell us which you want when you write.

Which club does a corporate membership cover?

The club each person joins. Memberships are per location. North Cincinnati at 1192 W Kemper Road, or West Cincinnati at 5527 Bridgetown Road. If the team is split across town, we can set people up at either club.

Do corporate memberships require a long-term contract?

Monthly memberships are month to month. We are not going to lock a company into a multi-year gym agreement. If a prepaid annual makes more sense for your group, we can talk through that the same way we do for individuals.

How do employees sign up?

Once the rate is agreed, they join at the front desk or through the same online checkout other members use. We will tell you exactly which path to send them down so nobody pays the walk-in price by mistake.

The Bee Fit App

What does the Bee Fit app do?

The Bee Fit Health Club app is how members open the door, book Group Fitness, check the class schedule, update billing and manage a freeze or cancellation. The app is free. You need an account at one of the clubs to sign in.

Where do I download the app?

Bee Fit Health Club on the App Store for iPhone, and Bee Fit Health Club on Google Play for Android. Sign in with the same email you used to join.

Training & Classes

How do I book a Personal Training session?

Talk to the front desk at your club or send us a message. Sessions and packages are sold separately from membership. There is no training tier to upgrade into.

How do I see the class schedule?

The live studio schedule lives in the Bee Fit app. West Cincinnati also runs infrared-heated and standard classes in its aerobic room, with a larger overall lineup than North.

Do I need a membership to train with a coach?

Yes, Personal Training is for members. Training is priced separately from your membership, so you can start with a single session to meet a coach and see whether it is a fit before committing to a package.

How much does Personal Training cost?

Rates depend on session length and how many you buy at once, and they change from time to time. Call the front desk at (513) 909-BFIT or ask any coach for current pricing. We will not quote you a number online that might be out of date when you get here.

Are trainers available at both clubs?

Yes. Both North Cincinnati and West Cincinnati have certified coaches on staff. Availability varies by time of day, so it is worth calling ahead to get matched with someone whose schedule lines up with yours.

What if I have an injury or a medical condition?

Tell your coach in the first session. We regularly program around shoulder and knee issues, back problems and post-rehab returns. If something is outside what we should handle, we will say so and suggest you check with your physician or physical therapist first.

Can I train with a partner?

Yes. Partner sessions are available and work out cheaper per person than training alone. Ask at the front desk about pairing up.
